If you’re like me, setting goals is the easy part. Accomplishing them is another thing. So I decided to do something about it–to keep myself on track and help others along the way.
I created a 30-Day Nonfitness Challenges group on Facebook. Click here to have a look around and join us. It’s free, and you choose which challenges you’d like to do. Each month I choose a theme (after consulting with the group) and break down the overall theme into doable, daily tasks.
I create an original post on mrsladywordsmith.com and then copy/paste each day’s goal in our group. Every morning at 6 am, a daily goal posts. Most can be completed in about 15 minutes, depending on how extensively you’d like to complete them. Some can be more long-term goals if you choose to work on them more.
Some of our group members share tips and photos of what they’ve accomplished. Others ask for ideas when they feel stuck. Some group members don’t say anything at all but participate silently. You can certainly choose your level of involvement.
